Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of

(a) The Return and Refund Policy states that items in sealed mylar bags that are unopened and not tampered with can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Only products that are in their original packaging are eligible for return. Free gifts, promotional items, or cartridges in plastic blister packs are non-refundable. There are no charges for returns, but products delivered more than 30 days ago are considered final sales. To receive a refund, customers should contact the customer support team at buddysbudco@gmail.com. Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will receive an email notifying them of the approval or rejection of their refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to the original method of payment within 14 business days.

In case of damaged, broken or missing products, customers must notify Buddy's Bud Co. or Buddy's Lounge within 3 days of delivery. Pictures of damaged products must be sent to buddysbudco@gmail.com, and a replacement product will be sent out within 5 days of approval. Missing product claims will be compared to the shipping picture for approval.

(b) The Pricing and Availability policy indicates that customers will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of their order. However, this email does not constitute acceptance of the order, and a contract between the customer and Buddy's Bud Co. will not be formed until the confirmation email is sent indicating that the ordered goods have been dispatched. Only the products listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed between the customer and Buddy's Bud Co. The policy does not provide any information regarding pricing or product availability.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices displayed on this website are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will then have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods and you choose to cancel, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs will be charged in addition to the price of the goods. These charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the "Total Cost" section.

Payment

After receiving your order, we will carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The funds received will be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched, and you have received a confirmation email, the deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of the goods purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

Shipping

We aim to ship your order within 2 days of order confirmation. Your order will be shipped within 7 business days of your order date, but often times much sooner.

Payments

During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter your payment details. By completing your payment details, you confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. All fields indicated as required must be completed. Please note that we may collect and store your information using an encrypted secure payment mechanism and will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy.
